DeliverMore is an application developed by Dashmote that helps restaurants increase their sales on Uber Eats, in collaboration with Coca-Cola. The goal of this project was to clearly communicate this value proposition to restaurant owners in a simple and actionable way. This project was developed during my internship and focused on translating a complex digital service into a clear offline communication piece. The challenge was not only visual consistency with the Coca-Cola brand, but also making the process easy to understand for restaurants with limited time and attention.

Deliverables

- Brand alignment with Coca-Cola guidelines - Information hierarchy - Visual storytelling - Improving clarity and scannability

My assignment was to design a flyer that explained the DeliverMore concept in a clear and engaging way. The flyer needed to guide restaurant owners through the steps required to start using DeliverMore and highlight how it could help increase their Uber Eats performance. One of the main challenges was balancing brand consistency with clarity. The design had to align with Coca-Cola’s established visual identity while remaining easy to scan and understand. Early feedback showed that transparent overlays and a horizontal layout reduced readability and made the steps harder to follow. Based on this feedback, I redesigned the layout by removing transparent layers and switching to solid colour blocks. This significantly improved contrast and legibility. By changing the orientation to a vertical format, the steps could be ordered more logically, allowing the reader to follow the process from start to finish without confusion. Throughout the iterations, I focused on simplifying the message and reducing visual noise. Each step was clearly separated and supported by visual cues, ensuring that the flyer communicated the process quickly and effectively. The final version not only reflected the collaboration between Coca-Cola and DeliverMore, but also emphasised how straightforward it is for restaurants to get started and improve their sales on Uber Eats.
